The Elise S Club Racer is a combination of both the Elise S and Club Racer to make a lighter, more radical, more hardcore Elise. The S Club Racer weighs just over 15kg less than a standard S which comes from the forged alloys, a lightweight battery, carbon airbox, a sports exhaust and further options available from factory. You can save a further 0.06kg by having a lightweight badge, from factory if all the weight saving options were selected you could save as much as 28kg. The Elise S Sport Racer comes with a 1.8-litre supercharged four-cylinder engine possesses 217bhp and 184lb ft, figures similar to a mk6 VW Golf GTI in something that weighs around 400kg less. That means 0-60 in around 4.5sec and a top speed of 145mph, these figures are a significant improvement over the basic Elise Club Racer.
