AMG Was Founded As A Racing Engine Forged In 1967 By The Former Mercedes Engineers, Hans Werner Aufrecht And Erhard Melcher, With The Letters "AMG" Standing For Aufrecht, Melcher and Großaspach (Aufrecht's Birth Town).
