The final run-out edition of the 987 Boxster S was the Black Edition which was fitted with the Spyder's 316bhp engine and was limited to just 987 cars. The Boxster S Black Edition gets 10bhp and seven more torques than the standard S, and as such, accelerates from 0-62mph in 5.2 seconds with the manual transmission.
